Semaglutide and Tirzepatide require monitoring and frequent dosage adjustments. We don’t charge on a dosage basis, instead we set a flat rate that allows you the comfort to increase your dosage without increasing your price.

All Home Visits Include:

  • Review of Diet and Exercise, Vital Signs, Weigh-in
  • Complimentary HIIT Session (15minutes)
  • Medication Administration 
  • Establish Weekly Plan

FIRST IN-HOME SERVICE:

  • Non-refundable security deposit of $275
  • Deposit will be deducted from your chosen package's total balance
  • All payments are required prior to appointment time

MEMBERSHIP (3 MONTH):

  • $2500 for 3 months (Paid in advance)
  • Includes weekly MICC injections or monthly B12 injections.

  • $4000 for 3 months (Paid up full)
